iYiGames respects copyright owners, game developers, publishers, creators, and other rights holders.
Our website provides browser-based games that may be hosted directly on iYiGames, embedded from third-party
sources, linked from external providers, or made available from public web game sources where we believe the
content is allowed to be shared, embedded, or played publicly.




We want iYiGames to operate legally and responsibly. If you believe that a game, image, logo, description,
video, iframe, embedded file, hosted file, or any other material on iYiGames infringes your copyright, you may
submit a copyright complaint using the process below.

including game pages, hosted HTML5 games, embedded games, thumbnails, screenshots, gameplay videos,

iYiGames may display different types of browser game content, including:

4. What Happens After We Receive a Notice




After receiving a copyright complaint, iYiGames may:




  • Review the reported game, page, file, image, embed, link, or related material.

  • Remove the material from iYiGames.

  • Disable access to the material.

  • Replace the game with a different public or licensed game.

  • Contact the provider, uploader, developer, publisher, or source connected to the material.

  • Ask the complainant for more information if the notice is incomplete or unclear.

  • Reject notices that are false, incomplete, abusive, unrelated to copyright, or not properly supported.




Removing or disabling access to material does not mean iYiGames admits liability or confirms infringement.
It means we are responding to the complaint according to our copyright policy and applicable procedures.



5. Counter-Notification




If material you provided, published, licensed, or authorized was removed or disabled because of a copyright notice,
and you believe the removal was caused by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification.




Your counter-notification should include:




  • Your physical or electronic signature.

  • Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.

  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification.

  • Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court for your address, or if your address is outside the United States, to the jurisdiction of a competent court where iYiGames or its service provider may be located.

  • A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or their authorized agent.




After receiving a valid counter-notification, we may forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant
does not notify us that they have filed a court action to prevent restoration of the material, we may restore the
material where legally appropriate.



6. Repeat Infringer Policy




iYiGames may suspend, restrict, or remove access for users, uploaders, developers, publishers, sources, or
providers that repeatedly submit, provide, or request publication of infringing material.




We may also remove or restrict games and related content when we believe they create copyright risk, legal risk,
platform risk, advertising risk, or user safety risk.



7. False or Misleading Claims




Do not submit false, abusive, or misleading copyright notices or counter-notifications.




Anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake or
misidentification, may be responsible for damages, costs, and attorney’s fees.



8. Trademarks, Brands, and Other Complaints




This DMCA page is mainly for copyright complaints. If your complaint involves a trademark, brand name, logo,
impersonation, privacy issue, harmful content, or another legal concern, please contact us and clearly explain
the issue.
